* 참기름 국간장 연두



1. 홍합과 불린 미역을 함께 참기름과 볶습니다.

2. 국간장을 2수저 넣어줍니다.

3. 물은 짜지않도록 간을 보며 넣어줍니다.

4. 7분가량 끓여줍니다.

소고기 미역국에 비교해보면

소고기 미역국은 진한 국물의 맛이라면

홍합 미역국은 넓은 바다의 맛이랄까요~

대놓고 진한 국물 맛이 아니고

깔끔한 국물맛을 내며 생각보다 깊고 넓은 맛을 우려내 줍니다^^
